The construction works has been completed!

September 2017

Following the timetable the building will be ready to host first tenants in the second half of 2018. The General Contractor of the project WARBUD S.A. has just finished the construction work which is one of the most expected construction steps. Therfore WARBUD may proceed with further work on this project.

Only one year left to project completion!

Works related to the construction of the project are in progress. In the lower part the sixth floor is being sealed, while in the height part a concrete mix is being placed over the last office floor.  Since last week masonry works are ongoing on the level of underground parking garages.  A temporary passenger lift has been extended, thanks to which you can reach the 12th floor.

At present a fragment of an elevation mock-up of different widths of razors has been made. From the eastern side, a trial window mock-up was assembled. Finish samples of the slurry walls were made on the garage level.
